So THIS is why ya take ‘em off for track days! View attachment 38854
Search YouTube long enough and you'll find several vids of pros losing the front tire like that, keeping their knee down and staying in it, then the bike corrects itself and they go on. Badass stuff really.

This one was shared over the weekend. Impressive save.

Yea, I saw that one before. I couldn't help but think about how much he looked like a cowboy wrestling a steer.

Found my old knee pucks I kept after selling my race suit, highly doubt mine will look like this after Sunday LOL. I should put these on my new Cortech suit for street cred at the track.....haha, kidding.

Added a white wheel decals (don’t know what there actually called) and I think it turned out pretty good. They reflect brighter than I expected at night

I took a ride over to Spokane Wa today and after my treatment i went to the Riverside Park to check out the massive "Radio Flyer" wagon they have there, Pretty cool. I found a moment where the traffic was held up at a light and there were no "revenue generators" within sight, so i hopped off the NC and got a quick shot! This thing is huge, it is about 2 stories high and the wagon handle is the slide! :{)

The decals go nicely with your white paint job. I avoid night riding but I shall keep these in mind anyway.

BTW, love the look of a white NC7. Is that aftermarket/self painted? I do wish Honda would bring the Arctic White color to America. This one-color-per-year thing stinks. The price of living in a third-rate motorcycle market I guess.

Did it myself with plastidip, it wasn’t bad only used 3 or 4 cans I think. Took most of the body work off but got it all done in one weekend. It’s not completely 100% perfect but I spent less than $20 bucks so I’m happy with it. Can always just add another layer [emoji12]

Nice going Spads, i like that and for -$25.00....Very Nice! I might just do that myself as i've been thinking of changing mine to RED, or maybe BLACK(for awhile at least).

You should! I decided on white after seeing someone else on here do theirs. I think black with red accents would look really sharp too. There is a plastidip forum on reddit with lots of helpful tips and tricks I referred to for some help at times

Picked up my Road 5 front tire from the office today. Was delivered while I was travelling. Sure was hot in Charlotte last week. Not sure when I will put it on. Still got a few more miles on the PR4.

yesterday i took a nice 200+ mile ride and visited WildCat4f while he was out camping(not with his NC-so i scolded him) haha. Beautiful day, storm clouds rolled in as i was near the Canadian border 30+ miles up a dirt/gravel road, of course! I raced south as fast as i dared and got caught in a tremendous downpour for about 30 mins. And i did not have any of my rain gear with me, i mean really, who needs it when the temps are in the 90'sF so i removed all of my rain gear from the top box...haha, the joke was on me. I was in my mesh gear, jacket soaked, pants soaked, bum/seat soaked, gloves soaked and all ran down into my mesh boots...they were soaked too. Now that is a weird feeling, when you move your feet from the stock pegs to the highway pegs and immediately feel all of the water that had been previously pooled up at your toes, now runs down your soles to your heels! ...and then back again when you switch pegs again! haha

Pictures to follow! :{)

Man that white looks sharp Spads! I found a 100 mile stretch of road over here(Hwy12-a section of the Lewis & Clark trail) that runs from Lolo Montana to Lewiston Idaho and it is literally 100 miles of winding road that follows a river and man is it fun to ride! :{)

Here are a couple of pics from yesterdays ride. :{)

SH57 a few miles north of Nordman Idaho, i sought shelter from the downpour under some trees while i aired my tires back up since i was no longer on the gravel rd.

This was Saturday rather than today but figure I might as well post a few pics anyway

rode it up through the Lost Coast, including Usal Road - 30 miles of dirt, including some pretty serious ruts (didn't stop to take pics). I bottomed out the front pretty well going through one coming down a hill, that was fun.

"Next 140 miles." Wow! I like it. The most I've seen myself is 72 miles in California but I wasn't on my bike. Only lasted about 30 miles in the minivan before we could find a way off it. Never did get back to it on the bike.

It's on CA 36, leaving Red Bluff heading West. I don't know of anything more than that.

Oddly enough there isn't a matching sign at the other end.
