Thought about just buying a tire changer? Doesn't take that long to mount and balance a tire and it's pretty simple. Unless someone is just really generous, you may not find a wheel ready to go with a good rotor and bearings for cheap.

I looked into having spare wheels, too, but it looked to be quite expensive. Most used rims I’ve seen for sale are damaged. For the front rim, ideally you would have a rotor mounted to the spare, and that adds more cost. That all being said, I do have spare front and rear rims for my Goldwing 1800, and it sure is handy.

Before I invested in spare rims, I’d sure buy a tire charger tool/machine first. Maybe you already have one. If you’re wanting to swap the rim, it’s not much more effort just to pull the rim and change the tire. If you’re wanting different tire types, like one set road and one set off-road, then spare rims make sense.
