That mileage is not high at all. If you really wanted to sell it privately, you'd get considerably more than what the dealer offered you. Personally, though, I would only sell it if you feel that the extra financial boost would be more satisfying than having your bike there waiting for you...

I've ridden in 100 degree weather, but I prefer to stop at about 95. I'm ok as long as I have water and keep my skin covered to protect from the sun, and pay attention to my body and energy level. I tolerate heat better than I used to.
