    That is so true. However the NC did accomplish the goal of lower and lighter than my RT. Front is good enuf but I'm studying this for some improvement.

    Research Did some research, AMG GTC is slightly faster than the best 1/4 mile time my VF 1000 ever posted.

    Today, got smoked by an AMG GTC. Dang those are fast. Not sure my Interceptor 1000 would have kept up. But due to the 100k$ difference i don't feel too bad.

    Finally saw another. Park were riders go. Parked and when I got back there was another Silver one, very basic with hot rod muffler. Did not see the rider. A shame.

    Changed the air filter, not as bad as I feared. Did drop one of the plastic push pins into the fairing from which it did not return.

    Rode Loop Rd. Off US41. Miles and miles of hard gravel, not as smooth as last time. Nothing fell off!

    A respite from the bustle of Daytona. Rode up the coast to Crescent Beach. Had a nice lunch and visited Fort Matanzas. Then back to Daytona via A1A.
