2023: What did you do to/with your NC700/NC750 today?

Not today, but a completed project. Bike Shield recommended the medium size, but I have a top box and Puig windshield, I should have gotten the large. I have to remove the top box to use it. So far so good (except a bout with ANTS, there were thousands on the bike after a hard rain, I guess...

    Won't be riding until July

I fell last winter on the ice, not only broke a rib, but really mucked up my shoulder. December 14 will be a repair to my rotator cuff, and a long winter. I will put the bike in the shed, and keep the battery on the maintainer, and fortunately I use ethanol free fuel, I will have good fuel...

Bike knocked over by truck, sticky throttle

wow, I'd of thought the KD pegs would have been more robust. I've emailed them in the past, because I was concerned that they weren't strong enough for me to stand up (I weigh 350 pounds) KD never answered my e-mail, so now I know.

Anyone using a Moto Vis seat?

I've had a Sargent and then a Seat Concepts, and I'm happy now with the Seat Concepts seat, its nearly perfect my bottom and back are not sore after 1-2 hour ride, after1.5 hours riding, it's a good time to get off and walk around anyways.. I'm not spending anymore on a seat.

2022: What did you do to/with your NC700/NC750 today?

This past Saturday, I took my NC750X manual out for the first ride of 2022, 6 weeks after a broken rib from falling on the ice. I got home, and changed the oil, and somehow I forgot to put the crush washer on the drain plug, refilled the oil, started it up and checked for leaks. None noted, I...

New 750X DCT owner … Little square thingy?

You cannot just "pop it out" its held in with screws from the inside, you need to remove the cowling to get to the screw to remove the cover.

2021: What did you do to/with your NC700/NC750 today?

Put on a Seat Concepts seat, sat on it, feels better, when the weather improves, I'll take it for a ride. I may have a Sergeant seat for sale if this one works out.

    Am I too tall

I'm 6'2 about 340lbs 30" inseam, I did put risers on, and plan on changing the pegs, Knight Designs are my choice. Currently the pegs are positioned good for me, I just want something wider. My concern with aftermarket pegs are that I stand when riding just to stretch a bit, or rearrange...
