A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
I'd give him a break if his actions would not or could not have implications on other people. But he is risking the lives of others. Sorry, no breaks for him. This is 100% reckless.
