A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
Well, my belief is that it IS a competitor.. but for the 700/750 S. Not the X. Its the cheap, economical bike market.
Heres my take on it:

Here in Portugal, we got at least two complaints on our forum:
One guy has a ducati 1199, and the NC750x. He has worn the dunlop tyres by more than half (they are nearly illegal) in 2500kms (which is what? 1500miles?)
The other is a newbie, so very very easy on the throttle, and has worn his...
Googling myself is fun! :D
Sooooo I said honda was shooting themselves in the foot with the nc750.
HOWEVER, seems like mileage is the same (they say improved, buuuutttt), all the annoyances are gone. Price is +200€ (at least here).
Shows you how much of an expert I am :P
This one is a good...
Well.... today, at considerable expense (350€ - nearly one minimum wage!) I replaced the chain (actually the whole kit).
My chain was fubared, full of kinks, very worn out.
It lasted 23'000kms (14'000 miles). Is this normal for a 700x? Too soon? Should I take better care of it?
I'm a bit...
Me? You crazy? When I tried seeing where the battery was, I ended up with 3 spare parts!
I'll ask the dealer when I go there to change my chain (Jan 6).
Here's the deal.
Whenever I brake with the front brake, I can hear the brakes being applied (these pads have a very specific bee buzzing sound).
Thing is, when I let go of the brake... I can STILL hear it buzzing, for some time.
Is this normal? I just inspected my brakes and they are about 80%...
I've done this to all my previous helmets, and this one is now also ready!
Taking a page off OP's post, I went a bit overboard on this one... :D (previous ones were more subtle).
Daylight pic is WITH the reflectors in place.
Here is what I found (and bought before I though better of it):
NEW REFLECTIVE TAPE 25, 50, 100mm SELF ADHESIVE VARIED COLOURS WEATHERPROOF | eBay
and
2 X REFLECTIVE BLACK SELF STICKY VINYL/TAPE REFLECTS WHITE 200mm x 50mm | eBay
You may be wondering: "What the... frack? BLACK reflective...
That is a BRILLIANT idea!
Actually, I have done that on all my helmets, but I lack the skills to do it to that extent. I usually just cut a bit of reflective tape to kinda follow the design on the helmet.
To do this to my current helmet though, I need better tape (mine is the ones with the...
Where I got mine:
Swingarm, left side. Only properly works facing rear, or with a couple of extenders, upside down looking under my left foot.
Front Beak, above. I can simply put it here with no adaptors.
Bycicle mount on the givi bars - thousands of places to put it in facing front rear side up...
Getting back ON TOPIC...
Survive? Its thriving here in Europa.
In portugal, of the top 10 most sold bikes, the NC700x Is the ONLY over 125cc bike on the top 10.
And it sells MORE than ALL the other bikes in the country... combined.
Then again, you got the PCX, which is selling more than the...
I read this thread throughly and decided to order a danmoto.
I ended up with a Danmoto JISU silver.
I believe it looks fantastic on the bike - its big, about as big as the stock one, so the bike doest feel "naked". Its silver, so keeps with the theme of the bike, and it is quite elegant and...

My best helmet ever is still my much loved-hated Agv Horizon
Love:
The internals are fantastic. More confy than all the shoei I tested. The lining is made of a very fresh, different fabric. Its not that plush cottony-like things all helmets have. The Horizon (and the skyline, its sister...
Any real leather glove with no inner liner will do. The leather is skin, and conductive. I use my phone with my summer gloves easily.
Now, my wintergloves are a lot more tricky - I can click (after several attemps), but not drag.
Harder and less precise than with no gloves, but doable to use the...
