I have a 13 nc dct and a 2010 goldwing. The last two years I have done the big as texas iron butt rally on the NC. The 2 years before that on the wing. I felt much better after doing 1100 miles in 18 hours on the NC than I did on the wing. furthermore, I was on dual sport tires on the NC...

I average about 36mpg on my 2010 wing. I just realized 40 liters of less storage is about 10 gal! If the new wing averages 40 mpg, I dont normally run the bike till empty :) so I will probably be refueling at about 140 miles. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

The 2018 Africa twin is to be introduced on Nov. 6th. Suppose to have an extra gas tank under the seat (haven't heard the capacity). there also may be a tubeless wheel option.....er so through the rumor mill. I did see a Japanese mag. Pic on the AT forum. Looks like the gs800 fuel cap...

I am the same way. I was thinking about a BMW GSA, but the shift assist is nothing compared to the dct. I am hoping the 2018 AT has tubeless tires. I cant do tubes. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I got the dual sport one, can't remember the size, I also have a corbin seat.

The nc can do it all! I also have a Corbin seat btw.
