As soon as I saw this picture when they first came out, I knew the NC was for me.
With the low COG this bike did not disappoint. Every other feature was icing on the cake.
Don't get me wrong, I have faster bikes, but there is something special about these that most people don't understand.
I used to have a 2018 NC, now I have a 2023. I put some bar risers on both and I have noticed on the newer model they give you a little more slack in the cables and brake hose. I have put a taller riser on the 2023 than I did on the 2018 and still have some slack. On the 2018 there was no chance...
I have an Atlas throttle lock on my '23 NC.
I like it, it is a little spendy compared to the go cruise unit, but I like the design better.
I don't think you would be disappointed with the Atlas.
Oh, and I have the bottom unit on my bike, it works well.
Helm does not seem to be on the ball, I just tried to navigate back to the page on their website where I ordered mine from, and I cannot find it again. Don't know what to tell you friend.
Edit: I also tried the link in Post #29, It did not work.
If that is what you are looking for, that's great. But I don't believe they are worth what they are asking for them.
If you get all the bells and whistles it's almost $20,000.
I believe in one of their YouTube videos they said the engines are Chinese.
No thanks.
I found a product that is pretty handy for bikes without a coolant temperature gauge.
It is from a company called Race Temp, rather than try to explain, here is a link.
http://www.racetemp.com/
It is inexpensive and works well for things like knowing at what temperature the fan comes on.
A lot of suggestions on what the NC should've had, I'll give my input. My list is simple: Belt drive.
In my opinion, with all the refinements, that's all it would take to make the NC perfect, and still line up with the concept and the price point.
I don't think a belt drive would add as much to...
