Here's my 2 NC700X replacements.
I got a deal on a S10 I couldn't refuse (Traded a few huge drones that I used to do cinema movies with in a round about way) and ended up with too much overlap in the bikes, so I traded my NC for a well rouneded TAT ready Husky 610.
Now I have a touring...
The S10 is awesome.
The suspension alone is so much better than the NC.
I loved my NC, but you have to love it for what it is, a great commuter bike that is wearing the partial costume of a adv/touring bike.
The NC is a great bike, I'm in no way bagging on it, but the S10 (especially a used one...
Completely different. I don't think the Honda bars would do anything in a crash, they are more of a light bar.
The Mutazu bars are good for dirt fall overs and low speed wrecks. I think in a high speed layover they would probably damage the bike. They bolt on in one section, and "clamp" to the...
I ended up trading my NC for a Husky 610 that was TAT ready and had completed it once. I long to do the TAT but will built up to it with 5 days trips this summer as musch as my job will allow. The NC is an awesome bike, and I will miss mine greatly, but for some of teh serious off road sections...
traded my NC for a TAT ready Husky TE 610. I'll miss my NC, but my S10 was too much overlap. And now I have a real "Dirt bike" to kill myself on!!!
Still hang out here as you're a bunch of solid dudes.

It's a personal thing. I test rode a new GSA and hated it. It was exactly the opposite for me. I wondered how they even sell them. It cornered like a wallowing pig (IMHO) , the transmission was "OK" at best and the riding position was nice, but I expected way more. I know a lot of people love...
Yea I got that, but there are so many brands and the costs are from $20 - $400. It's really hard to figure out what is actually good, what is just a name and what works well for the money...
If you guys want your bike to have no rust, no corrosion and be perfect when you pull it out of storage spray and wipe some ACF-50 on it. (Do not put on brake rotors, brakes, tires, pegs or seats).
This is a capillary oil designed for airplanes to protect the metal from rust and corrosion. It...
