Who is putting these things on so tight?!?

Bought a windscreen from 76hawke, very fast shipping and overall good buying experience.

Forgot to mention- this was filmed with the bike on the ground and weight on the front wheel. When I put it on the centerstand and the front wheel is off the ground, there is no more "clunk" noise while turning back and forth, however, the "creaking" is still there.

Bike off, turning from lock to lock produces a “clunk” as it reaches the lock on each side. Additionally, there is a “creaking” noise that is steady throughout the entire turn. It sounds like there coming from two different locations. Turn the sound up on video to hear them

Apples to oranges comparison here BUT in many drag racing applications first gear is not used when launching. Why do they not use first?

Not lazy at all. 1) Legitimately curious, so I asked a question. 2) It helps get up to speed faster...and you can save your "well the NC never claimed to be fast" comments :rolleyes:

Will leaving from a stop in 2nd gear instead of 1st cause any long term damage? I did tonight just to see if it could and the engine didn’t seem to lug or bog.

Anyone else had the problem of the rubber gasket coming loose from around the frunk. The worst part is at the bottom (closest to the seat). Any suggestions of glues for keeping it in place? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
