2021-22 NC750X Corbin Seat now available to order

I still don't know why they insist on making the passenger seat so massively tall.
So a short pillion can see over your head? :p
The relative seat height difference on my baby Ninja 300 is even worse, and my routine passenger REFUSES to sit back there because she feels like one of these days I'll have to brake a little hard and literally catapult her over my head. Literally the ONE time we took the Ninja out 2-Up we just laughed the whole time about how BAD it was for passengers (we were expecting it to be bad, but it was so much worse than we imagined).
Since the passenger should be looking over your shoulders, and you are pretty much the only thing keeping them from sliding forward, a shorter rear seat seems to me like it would be better/safer, but maybe the expert designers know something I don't. Or they just prioritize form over function...

A) Yes, that helps with helmet bump, but now her feet do not effectively reach the passenger pegs and her legs fall asleep.
B) Form is not improved with that honking thing lol.

*I'm on my 4th Corbin with the NC. The other bikes were great but I think they missed the mark with the NC's for both driver and passenger comfort.

I had a Corbin seat come on my used Connie and it was the most painful and horrible torture device known to mankind. Truly horrendous. They may be possible of making a comfortable seat but they will never get my money to try it out.

Here we go. It's not cheap. Looks pretty good.

Got it yesterday, it’s firm but 100 percent better than stock. Only have 1 hr on it so far. The dished design is fantastic. The rear seat wrinkles up where the Corbin is alittle taller but I’m going to pop the staples and tuck material up under little bit more. I tucked it in by hand and smoothed out easily.

I've received my corbin seat last week. I've rode around 50 miles so far and my butt is screaming in pain, for me it is way worse than stock seat. I will give it another 150-200 miles, if it doesn't improve I will return to stock seat and sell this one. I am 5'5" 135lb

Just goes to show, seats are a personal thing. What works for some does not work for others. I had a Corbin on my ST1100. It was better than stock, but I never really fell in love with it.

totally agree, I am just sad that it is not great for my butt and I am out of $500

Think thats bad, I bought a corbin for my goldwing, it was terrible, mounting the seat was horrible, bolt holes didnt line up.
I paid 1600$ for it.
Corbins customer service is nonexistent too.

Yikes! Too bad mustang doesn't make seats for NC, their rebel 500 seat was soooooo much better than stock option.
