I've been wanting to do this Mod for a while. A 1080p front and rear DashCam. I added it to the Honda SubHarness so it will automatically start recording every time the key is turned on. The only thing I had to 'Mod", was filling two compartments on the underside of the Honda Rear Carrier to create a Flat Area to adhere the Camera Mount. The Screen/DVR unit fits nicely in the "pocket" of the Battery Cover in the Frunk.

This is the Camera:

Good looking install, and as simple as it was, filling those cavities with epoxy(?) Was rather genius.
Any footage yet? Day vs night?
Thanks for posting

The main (only?) use is as your dash cam, in the case of an accident, etc.? You don't plan to use it as the others use GoPro and other action cams, for home video and/or YouTube?

I definitely want to use it to capture video from rides as well as the “close calls” when drivers do stupid things.
