Just registered and before doing anything (except reply to post from Rev Ken known to me from the CBF1000 forum) I wanted to say hello to everyone, including some names I recognize from another NC700 forum. I have just started riding my white X and am loving every second of every minute of it. Am still waiting for my dealer to get the panniers and centre stand ordered with the bike but in the meantime have fitted fork slider guards, rad guard and shock sock. Next to go on will be my wonderful BrakeAway cruise control (this will be its 3rd host bike) plus the front fenda extenda and rear hugger/chain-guard on back order. just a little question to other owners: when yr bike is on its side stand, does the top of the chain rest on the plastic strip located underneath it?
