So, I haven't been to an HH. What is the next step? Do we all just make lodging camping arrangements on our own for that weekend?

Yes. The second weekend in April is 8-10. I just called and told them approximately 5 campers and 5 "others". ( I didn't say wuss's).
I also said some may show on Thursday as I probably will.
If you plan on staying in the hotel, you should make your reservation soon.
They will call back and I'll tell them the real numbers. The camping spots don't really matter but the hotel spots do , especially this time of year when all the fair weather riders are waking up.
Speaking of fair weather riders, its almost up to 32f . I guess I should do my 30 mile ride to work now.

Spoke to Debbie this morning. She's got us penned in for the 8 - 10 Apr weekend. She would like the roomers to call asap to make sure they get a room.

It everything goes right, I'll see you Thursday. I'm slabbing it.
I'll be there Thursday evening. If I remember right, it's an 8 or 9 hour ride.
