I raised the front of my seat (seat slope “trick”), added a seat pad for another almost 2 inches (I’m 6’ 5”), used the lower position on the windshield, and finally added some rubber washers to the lower windshield mounts that pushed the bottom of the windshield forward to flatten the angle enough to lower the buffeting area below my shoulders. I liked the effect of no windshield, except that it looks like the bike had a crash (like a car without a bumper.)
