Need stronger footpeg springs

Hello world.

I recently installed lowering foot pegs from KD on my 2014 NC700x. I used stock springs with them. The new pegs are heavier than the factory ones. The springs are not strong enough to hold them back. They easily fold from minor movement of feet.

Can anyone suggest a particular set of springs that are more heavy duty than the factory springs? Did some research, but could not find anything and/or wasn't sure of strength and compatibility.

P.S.: what are these type of springs called? Is there a specific name for them?

Torsion spring. If you find some post them up here. It’s finding the exact right design that will be hard. I also fitted peg lowering brackets that use the OE footpegs but because of their design I can’t get adequate twist into the spring so the restoring force holding the pegs flat is inadequate, hence if I take me feet off the pegs at speed they fold up.
