I bought this set of straps at Princess Auto for $15

15 in. 4 pc Yellow Adjustable Rubber Tie-Down | Princess Auto

They are great, way better than other rubber straps with 'S' hooks. Bungee cords just don't compare.

Those look nice. Definitely better than a bungee.

Give ROK-straps a lookie, too. They don't mar, are elastic, are easy to connect and disconnect, and have a very wide adjustment range.
