Bought the oem lightbar to install on my 2014, along with heated grips, accessory socket and some extra mods. So after many hours of adding grips, socket, running/light swap to l.e.d., started to reattach the body panels and when going to attach the lightbar as per instructions I found issues with instructions vs actual parts. Thought it may be a mistake in my part but browsing youtube to check and as seen the parts are not even close to the drawing. I've got skill as a fabricator and can modify the bars to fit as instructions specify. Asking to see if anybody also tried to fix the issue?

Do the bolt holes line up under the pre-drilled holes in the underside of the beak despite the welded on U channels not coming against each other when the halves are inserted together? I have the same light bar on my 2013 and it looks like the drawing.

When I went to install it, the bolt definitely didn't line up with the holes, so yesterday I ended up modding them by cutting down the ends so the brackets touched as the drawings show
