I first saw one of those in Italy last year on a Ducati. I thought maybe it was something they came up with since the Italians have love of a lot of art in their products. Since then I have learned what they are. What do they actually do? Is there a video of one in action? I have never seen a little brother below/behind the chain guard. If it works for the wheel then it should do the same for the chain, no?
