So..... has anyone installed the Alu-Rack on their bike yet?

If so, a couple of questions.
1. Worth it?
2. Easy install?
3. Big enough to tie a 25 liter dry-bag onto?
4. Look ok on the bike?

Inquiring minds want to know! :)

I have it...good easy fit and used a 40L bag using the Quick lock luggage plate which has plenty of points to attach straps

1. Yes.
2. So-so.
3. No. You have to buy the $50 flat adapter plate, too. The Alu-Rack itself is too small to carry much of anything.
4. It looks decent on the bike because it flows with the lines of the tail, and it's small. But, I think the tubes along the sides look bulky and end abruptly in the front. They're not as sleek as the Givi rack arms.

The Alu-Rack serves as as base plate for various luggage adapters. It is a versatile system.
