In asia, many mafia and gangs are "so poor" that they do drive-bys with a motorcycle. And therefore a need for a full face helmet to hide their identities.
So many governments in Asia ban fullface helmets.
We call it, using an axe to kill a chicken.

The real reason I wear a full face helmet here is (drumm roll...) I don't wanna eat the flies in summer.
