Question Trickle Charger on a Power Bank?

Yep. It would be a shame if the factory inadequately activated the battery.
The OP made no mention of filling the battery with acid. More information is needed as to how the battery was received, factory filled with acid, or end user filled.
At this point, it's less important why the battery is draining faster than it should. The main question was how to charge the batteries without access to an AC outlet. I have no experience with portable power sources.
