I have a 2012 nc700x , looking for the best type of tankbag to modify to fit my bike. Hoping to not have to drill holes etc. What have you used with success?
what tankbag have your modified to work with 2012 nc700x?

This is a cheap tank bag my wife bought for me - frankly, I don't really use it because the bike has a frunk ...however, to make it work on my 2013 bike, I fangled things.
I removed the frunk lid and took it apart; under the silver plastic, I glued some nice and powerful neodymium magnets in the right position to line up with the tank bag - replacing magnets in that to match. All back together and I can now stick this bag on top and it sticks.
...I do still have it attached around the handlebars with a strap, just in case - but although I don't tend to use it a lot, it's never slipped off or moved, regardless of speed or angle.
