I think I have this one too, the PBR. It's already paid for itself, and simple to use.The Motion Pro chain tool that I have ($65) has a shoulder on the flare tip that flares out the link pins. Once you press the outter plate on, you swap to the flare tip, crank down on it until the metal of the link pin flares out and touches the shoulder on the flare tip, then it's done. Pretty simple and failsafe.
