I had great service from them as well . A guy named german helped me anlyzemy problem and helped me purchase a new alarm kit. Best service I got ever from a company with no local representative.

apparently BMW are much service oriented than Schuberth who do not take responsibility of their manufacturing problems Needless to say that their CEO did not even respond. I would describe their service in one word disgrace

Maybe they fixed the manufacturing problem in the S2 I assume it comes with pin lock insert? rather than a anti fog coating.....

Hi Nope in smell matter it's Ok. ( no smells ,odors , etc) The helmet is very good in Isolating the noise and TMHO feels solid on the head. Never the less their customer service sucks and they do not really understand the nature of service.... Cheers happy Christmas Dror
