I have a 2013 NC700XD and would be interested in this. However, it looks like the attaching base plate is for the MY '16+.

Indeed the DCT model would be a great fit for you, I believe. I am very happy with mine, and I ride several 300+ RTE rides a month here in South Florida, as well riding in the TN, GA, NC mountains, once or twice a year.

I have mine mounted on the left side inside the SW Motech pannier frame.

+1 one on the Madstad windshield. I have one with the winglets on my 2013 NC700XD with Kobra handguards with no problem.

Same for me. I have Dale's rack and have not any seating problem with it. I do have the Shad seat and modified the slope by elevating the front.

I have a Shad seat system installed and I am will pleased with it.

I guess it will be at Daytona Bike Week, but without the demo rides.

I would love to make it again this year, but that weekend I will be at the Spring Gathering in Monteagle, TN and the following weekend I will be starting the Scooter Cannonball Run from Morro Bay, CA to Virginia Beach, VA. I will look forward to the 2019 KSL.

I have a 2013 DCT and the stock sprocket and chain is: Front 16T Rear 39T Chain: 520 pitch; 112 links. I recently (at 15.7k miles) replaced sprockets and chain with DID 520 112 links and JT sprockets of the size above.
