I'm using the Speedmetal gel seat pad from cyclegear. I think I got the medium size and it is a bit bigger than the original pillion, which works out perfectly. I tried to post a link earlier, but it didn't work, so I assume I'm not yet trustworthy enough. ;-D

My wife and I love to ride this two-up for many miles at a time. Admittedly, we do have a gel seat she puts on the pillion seat, but it's worked pretty well for us. No power issues and we're not pushing the bike to its limits most of the time, so it's been nice.
Skid plate and radiator cover! I know, I know, the NC isn't REALLY made for off-road fun, but it'd be nice to have the extra protection.
Close second is turn-off-able ABS standard. Yeah, I do just fine without ABS, but it doesn't keep me from thinking it'd be nice to have just in case...
Love this forum. I'm in Utah, riding from Utah county to SL county on a daily basis. I average somewhere around 20,000 miles per year, so it helps me out to have a resource like this to make my bike perform and be comfortable.
I'm excited to be trying this right now. I got the sprockets installed but ran out of time last night to finish the chain replacement. Out of curiosity, how many links/pins did you end up taking off of the chain?
