Put handlebar riser barbacks on and adjusted the stock windshield up to the top position. I was also thinking of getting longer top bolts and shimming the top of the windshield forward about a half inch.

Pirelli or TKCs. I have had TKCs on my KLR and I remember them riding a little rough on the highway. Other than that they are great tires. If your ever up this way let me know. We have 100s of miles of gravel roads here in Tellico Plains.

Just picked up my 2012 NC700X yesterday and think it's going to be a great bike. I went into the local Honda dealer to purchase an oil filter and ended up purchasing a new bike. He had the 2012 NC700x marked down to $5983.00 and thought that was a great price.

I just picked mine up yesterday for $5983.00. First ride home and noticed 6th gear is for highway use only. I live on a gravel road and was impressed with the way it handled on gravel. It feels like a trials bike to me with all the weight being low. I like it and can't wait to put the miles on...
