    First Honda NC700X recall?

Hmmm. This is one reason why I hold off on first year bikes. No offense intended and the fix is just a small screw up, still a sweet bike and I may purchase one some day. Lately I've been riding my Dad's K75c, which hadn't be ridden in about 2yrs. Very nice bike and super smooth but it gets...

    What's your GPS choice?

I use a Garmin Zumo 550. Searching for items and browsing the map isn't as easy as it was on the one it replaced, a Garmin 276c but I like it and it works for me. No other experience other than these two and a Nuvi 200.

    Triumph Tiger Explorer XC Announced

I like the green and I've heard that that is one smooth motor. But, it can't beat or match the price of the NCX.

    Honda NC700X Serie vs. Akrapovic

+1 on the weight savings alone. I wear ear plugs too, I have always worn them. Of course the pollution can is dampening some of the sound but from my experience most aftermarket exhausts become annoying over time. The NC and it's engine may be different on how it preforms with AM exhausts and...

    Honda NC700X Serie vs. Akrapovic

dB level the same?? According to that chart. Up until the packing blows out I guess, unless it's got a metal baffle.

    Honda NC700X Serie vs. Akrapovic

Hmmm, they always sound different in person but that wasn't too bad. You can still here the whine of the motor so that IMO might be good choice. I suspect your mpg's may suffer though.

    Stock Seat

I don't think they have "regressed". The seat on my 82-CB750F was a killer as was the seat on my 01-R1150R. I think factory seats have come a long way, for instance take the first Goldwing seat and compare it to todays GW. Different bikes of today for sure, but the seat design is much more...

Best of both, mine has vinyl sides with leather inserts on top. I've got a close up around here somewhere but this should do; Only reason I need to get off now is for gas.

How about one of these? - Flair Hair® Visor, The Original Visors With Hair - Free Standard Shipping on all Novelty Hats for your bald spot and keep the sheep on the bike? My 74R90s has the best factory seat I've tried, that is the only bike where I didn't get the burn. I've got a Russell on...

    Stock Seat

Quit the bitching, how many bikes have you owned that had a great seat from the factory? Everyone is different, where bike shorts, not "padded diapers", work for some a sheepskin may works for others. If you can stand the seat pay Russell or Mayer a visit and buy one of the best seats out...

    mounting givi monokey cases (pics)

They look good. I'd like to see a side by side comparison between the Givi's and the Honda bags if anyone can provide. Is there much of a size and weight difference between the two?
