Nc700 vs nc 750 The 750 is a more refined NC.
She is for pure commuting and long trips.
The bike could weigh 600lbs (272kg) and it does not matter, it is a commuter in Europe. Thanks to lane splitting and the price of fuel the bike is about an awsome purchase!
Indeed, you could walk up...
Engine displacement is VERY similar and the tyres, but after that the seperation begins.
I suppose they will make a FJ-07.
I was looking for an all-rounder that is about 430lbs-450bs.
19" front with alloy wheels
4.5 gallon tank
Adv touring ergos and wind/rain protection.
6.5" of...
Greetings,
We are over two years from the OP .
I was doing some google research and found this thread. I was suprised by 12 pages.
I am interested in what 2016 holds for the 700X.
There is a left over 2013 and 2014 on the show room floor.
I am not sure if I will need the NC for...
D.
But, only for three reasons.
1. You get the price down a good amount.
2. You plan on keeping the MC for many years.
3. You have test road and like NC.
In my town, there is a 2013 with the rear rack for $6,499 + other.
The 2014 is $6,999. No extras.
Granted, the NC is not...
It looks like the side view of the gas tank looks bigger in the black and white pics
The actual MC side view looks to have a much smaller gas tank. The seat and tank set up looks a lot like the Mighty DR.
Hopefully they can get a solid 4.5 gallons thanks to the air filter set up.
5+ would...

I was looking for a 700 or 750cc P. Twin.
800 would be plenty, even for 2 up riding with gear.
Adv MC should be about compromise.
After looking at the pics it looks like the 1000cc CRF has been pushed more toward the tarmac. Which is good for me. I would pass on a $17,000+ MC...
As long as the MC is about 100lbs less than the S10, and the same range. Honda will have a winner.
I have the range of the S10 about 240 miles.
The ergos and perhaps low center of gravity will make her much more fun on forest roads than the V2.
And of course the 21" tyre!
The new...
After looking at the pics...
The fuel tank is bigger than I thought.
Plus the new design has more fuel lower on the frame.
The juice could be a solid 5 gallons!
I hope she takes cheap gas.
I had hoped that Honda would go after the weight and power class of the Tiger800XC. It is...
Comparing to the V2
This Suzuki, which comes in at 503lbs and 5.3 gallons, is a solid transpo, with great value.
$12,699. USA
The 19" tyre and 6.3" of travel make for a really fun sport/ADV touring MC.
200-250 mile rangd.
She is clearly a 75%+ street.
The CRF will have the same cc...
I forgot to put down type of petrol or gas needed.
85 octane is a cheap blend. It is common in high elevations.
My major qualms in order of most important:
Initial price for the base model.
Fuel blend
Fuel economy
Range
Weight
$11,000
87 octane
53mpg
240 miles
474lbs...
From USA Honda website:

It's the bike the whole world's been waiting for. Bred from our Dakar-winning champions. Ready to take you to the four corners of the world. And offering the Honda-inspired confidence you need to take on true adventures.
The all-new...
Looking at the couple of pics, I like what I see.
The seat and gas tank look really slim. Very dirt bike ergo like.
I am not sure if fuel will be under the seat.
Potintial will be there for Honda USA to sale alot of these MCs IF they offer a base model with no abs.
From what we know...
