    Added a poor man's top box. No, really, I just bought this and was transporting it home. I use them (5 gal. bucket and screw off lid) for a "dry box" on my canoe. Although I did give it a thought that in a pinch this would be a very cheap alternative.

    It is a Tusk power source. It comes with everything you need for handlebar mounting. Tusk 12 Volt Power Socket:Amazon:Automotive The other fixture is a Ram mount which replaces one of the handlebar clamp bolts. Attached to the mount is the Ram X-Grip which will hold a phone or GPS.

    Flashing red light comes on for me at about 190 miles. At 2,100 miles I have averaged 71 mpg, with a swing of 68-74 mpg. I ride under 65 mph all the time and the red light comes on like clock work.
