MSRP on the Z-Fi is $379.95, Z-Fi QS - $819.95, Z-Fi TC - $949.95. But most online stores sell them cheaper. You can order straight from us if you want, but we can't sell anything below MSRP or it undermines our dealer network.
Sorry, I totally forgot to post back up here. The kits are all ready to go, part number F380 for those of you who want to order it; I doubt anyone will have that part number listed yet.
Yes, the second map does have the potential to give the extremely aggressive riders a little better fuel mileage. The second map will not detrimentally affect acceleration and I do not believe it will hurt your ability to cruise at very high speeds, because even at 100mph you're probably still...
Our system plugs inline between the fuel injectors and the Factory ECU; so we take in the factory injector signal, modify it, and output a new signal.
Unless you ride this bike WOT all the time, I very much doubt you'll get any fuel economy increase with the power map I've made. Some bikes do...
These kits should be ready to ship by the end of next week. Though with it being Daytona Bike week, I can foresee possible delays.
There are a few differences between our system and Dynojet's, though not all of them come into play on the NC700X since it only has two injectors. The biggest...
This bike was fitted with a slip-on Yoshimura exhaust, but other than that it was a completely stock, manual, non ABS model. Adding a full system and getting more air through the intake could get you more power, but most likely not another 7hp.
Alright, it's been a very busy past couple of weeks, but last Friday we finally wrapped up testing on the NC700X! Still finalizing a few things before bring the kit to market. This bike had some interesting fueling characteristics; in most ranges it ran lean, as expected. But once it got above...
Well, I'll have to partially strip the bike down to get to all the sensors I need to measure, TPS, Speed, and Neutral, as well as getting to the injectors and coils. I'll then design a wring harness that plugs inline with these components and allows our control unit to interface with the bike...
Haha, I've never been able to double someone's fuel milage. You can only run an engine so lean before you blow it up, and I have no idea yet how lean the NC is running stock.
Totally understand; one reason I became a motorcycle tech was because I didn't trust anyone working on my bikes except me. And the only people I've ever let ride my bike were my closest friends who also let me ride their bike. But I'm not exactly some random squid with a wrench and a multi-meter :)
Hey guys, I posted this in my intro, but I know most people ignore those :p
My name is Jason, and I'm an R&D tech for Bazzaz. We're a company based in Chino Hills, CA that makes engine management systems for motorcycles. We are chomping at the bit to get the new NC700X into our shop. We've...
Greetings NC700ers!
My name is Jason, and I'm an R&D tech for Bazzaz. In case you're unfamiliar with Bazzaz, we're a company based in Chino Hills, CA that makes engine management systems for motorcycles. We are absolutely drooling over the new NC700X. We've heard that our Z-Bomb that we made...
