An alternative to the Frunk carrying fuel, $300 bucks gets you a rear rack and 1.6 additional gallons for up to 300 mile range. Adapt this to the back (far enough back so passenger seat still opens) and easy to connect the fuel line as it attaches directly to the breather.

I need to go back and see what you did in the rear with the Racetech stuff. Sounds like with the rear and now the front extended, you gained about 1/2 inch clearance from the belly?
Consider yourself lucky then~it can be a real pain to try and attempt yourself without the press! :(
You may still want to throw some grease in the other areas mentioned as a precaution, as it sounds like you are going to keep venturing off tarmac.
