The more I read the more I know I would love the NC700S (thanks to all of you and your good comments). The only cons I see is the wind factor (I already have the problem with my bike right now). Will a higher windshield protect me from the wind or the lack of fairing will still be a concern...

By the way, i'm a 40 year old woman ;) In Canada, we have 2 options X or S, but we don't have the DCT option (and that's ok with me). I did look at BMW but it's expensive. To 750 or 700 won't make much difference...

That's what I liked about my shadow RS, the sitting position. I don't want to drive lying on the tank, I want to be upright.
