    Mufflers.

This is the one I want: www.cobra-exhaust.com There are three different pipes to choose from, and from there you can 'customize' each one to your liking. I'd like the short oval in titanium with a laser etched logo, please!

Amazing progress, Beemerphile. Can't wait to hear the report once you get the suspension dialed in to your liking! I am truly impressed with your skill, patience, knowledge and your willingness to share with us. I imagine that the LED blinkers and the HID headlight look outstanding in person...

    Helmets: what is your lid?

In addition to this helmet, this fall I have purchased the PinLock visor system. PinlockUSA | PinlockUSA This absolutely is a must have! Previously, I used anti-fogging spray/liquids, but the PinLock system is a far better product.

New metal skid plate in development

Very true, Happy. I think dual purpose tires are a necessity for doing light trail work with this bike, but since I have a few thousand miles until the original tires wear out, I'll buy the engine bash plate prior to switching to those tires. I like the Dunlop tires - they look great...

    AFC-50 question

I have not personally used the AFC-50 product, but I have used a similar product from Boeing called Boe-Shield T-9Boeshield T-9® | Corrosion Protection and Waterproof Lubrication. I have used it on my autos, as well as my VFR. I will be putting it to use this winter on my NC700X, too. I am...

    Chain Oiler

I too, am always looking for new and different avenues of approach. What method do you use to clean your chain with the kerosene, Turbodieseli4i6? Do you just 'brush' it on, or do you take your chain completely off (like I have read some people doing)? That route seems too laborious to do...

    Accessory Outlet

I have Powerlet products on my VFR800, and while the prices for the product are slightly higher than most other options, the quality (both in electricity capacity and overall build quality) is outstanding. I think I am going to add the 'center triple tree' mount just like I have on my VFR...

I am military, so the NC700 will be part of my 'household goods', therefore shipping is included with the move. The movers will come and special build a crate for the bike - they've already taken measurements, so I suspect the crate will be pretty much complete when they pick up the NC700...

    OEM Honda Center Stand Install

This will help quite a bit! I ordered my stand via web!ke also, and will use this alternate mounting technique. This seems much less of a hassle than wrestling with the springs using the 'original' mounting technique.

Engine Crash Guards: Givi, SW Motech, or Hepco and Becker?

That's exactly what I just did yesterday. I had ordered the centerstand when I bought the bike (mid-August), but since it is still "FRD" (Future Release Date) in the dealer's Honda computer system, I decided to cancel the order with the dealer and just order straight from Japan (Web!ke)...

New metal skid plate in development

I have been digging for quite a while around the web to find a bash/skid plate, and finally found something encouraging... AltRider: Products All Products // Honda // NC700X It looks like I'll be keeping an eye out for these pieces. Hopefully the manufacturer will address ease of...

Hello all: I bought my NC700X in mid-August, and just now getting around to making my introductory post (yes, I have been 'lurking'). I have been enjoying the NC, and have been finding every 'excuse' to ride every chance I get - in addition to my daily commute. I bought the DCT/ABS...
