I have very good experience with Michelin Pilot Street Radial for the rear on a CB500X. They lasted 20.000km and are cheap.

Are you sure the wheel is also bent or only the disk? The CB500x uses the same wheels. I guess the car driver has to pay, just order somewhere outside your country.

When I bought my bike it was fitted with longer wishbones. I changed them back to the original ones which increased the rear height 4cm. So, yes you can fit shorter one to increase the height but as already said it changes the steering behaviour.
