After last year’s introduction, the Harley Davidson Nightster returns for the 2023 model lineup. Subtle changes are the main difference this year, the most obvious being the absence of the headlight cowl.

Highlighting the All-American lineage of the Sportster, the Nightster features exposed dual rear shocks, a round intake cover, and peanut styled fuel tank. Power comes from the Revolution® Max 975T liquid-cooled V-Twin tuned for 90 hp; it moves the Nightster with a solid kick.

Harley Davidson ensures each bike benefits from the latest tech. The Nightster comes standard with ABS brakes, LED lighting, selectable rider modes, traction control, and more. To keep the handling in check Showa has designed a 41mm set of front forks which combined with the stiff hoop-style frame, reveal exactly why the Nightster is a proud part of the HD Sport family.

2 color choices exist for the 2023 Harley Davidson Nightster: Vivid Black, and Redline Red.

EXPOSED DUAL REAR SHOCKS​

Modeled after a previous Sportster chassis, Nightster features exposed dual rear shocks that provide a critical style line at the rear of the motorcycle.

AIR BOX COVER​

The most obvious resemblance to its Sportster lineage is the shape of the airbox cover, which shares its profile with the classic Sportster model fuel tank.

WHEELS​

Looks like it was made by Mattel.

Agreed on the Mattel look. I’d think the Faithful would reject the plastic look of that engine. Not only that, but Harley seems to have went out of their way to make the engine stand out in the look of the bike.

As a kid I had a plastic simulated engine that bolted on my bicycle. It was made by Mattel.
