OEM Pannier Elastic Strap

One of my internal straps on the OEM luggage broke -- actually the plastic clasp broke. I'm trying to find a replacement clip, or willing to replace the entire elastic strap, but cannot find anything about this part. Everything I search brings back entire pannier systems. I've looked at every parts fiche I can find and nobody lists the saddlebag parts.

Any thoughts?

I would go to a local store that sells backpacking and camping supplies. They usually have a good assortment of nylon webbing and buckles.

I had just ordered some standard buckles but if those done work I see about those. The buckles are clearly similar - the strap connections to the pannier are different so I’d have to see if those could be mounted in the Honda OEM pannier - otherwise it’s $18 just to get the buckles.
