Back in August of last year, we covered Triumph’s project with Indian bike biggie Bajaj in the manufacture of a new handful of bikes ranging in power from 250cc-650cc. Recent spy shots have now confirmed that the more accessible end of that range is nearly ready to be rolled out to our industry proper.

Let’s see what Triumph X Bajaj has given us for the 350-400cc segment, yeah?

Coverage from Motorcycle Sports shows a bike with an inverted fork for suspension, disc brakes for stopping duties, and dual-channel ABS accompanying what is likely a single-cylinder heart.

Triumph X Bajaj didn’t stop there, either; a front bit of bodywork resembles efforts from KTM’s 390 Duke, with a stunted, blacked-out “Bonneville” vibe giving this particular bike the appearance of neat, clean corner work.

“The model is expected to be unveiled by the end of 2023… once launched, this model is expected to compete with the likes of the Honda CB300R, BMW G310 R and the Zontes GK350,” contributes the report.

With both Triumph and Bajaj looking to benefit from high-volume bike sales (and this particular machine recently spotted near Pune, the location of Bajaj’s production plant), we’re expecting the Roadster to be unveiled to the populace within the next quarter or so.
