USB do-dad install

Didn't want to twang a USB cable with stuff in the frunk. I have no problems with outside location as long as it's a clean install. This took me about 90 min of futzing around. Only removed one panel (outside fairing) and that was only one screw. Fished the wires thru to the batt with a large zip-tie taped to the wires. The little switch is in line so I didn't have to splice into an ignition wire. Direct to the batt with a fuse in line (supplied with the $9 socket). The Ram mount for my phone is on the handlebar on that side.

Since it’s wired straight to the battery and since it has a LED volt meter that appears to be on, will it drain the battery when parked? I don’t see a switch to turn it off?
