Just use a normal charger but plug it into a timer socket set to come on for a hour a day.

No cant think why it would need two, it just felt as though the bore of the body was too big and so the airflow was to slow, could be wrong but that's how it felt. I have just been reading the running in thread and it seems the firing pulses that I could feel disapear after it gets some miles...

Rode it today and sorry to say I did not get on with it, just one of those things, one thing I did notice, it responds much better and I mean noticeably so if you open the throttle slowly, it's as if it would be better with a smaller throttle body.

I am sure road conditions do play a part not only are the uk roads poorly maintained but except for motorways we don't have many places were you can run at a steady speed, in the last few years they have switched to a different tarmac mix that is much quieter and hopefully better on tires, but...

I always wonder if the tires used for the US market are the same as for the UK one, as US riders seem to get many more miles from a tire, are they exactly the same or maybe a different compound in the US?

It's a long stroke twin with a 270% crank and is very low revving, I would be surprised if you could not feel the firing pulses, and if a little pressure on the clutch did not smooth it out a bit, to someone like me that as mostly ridden singles and twins it feels smooth as silk on the other...

The noise may go away when you pull in the clutch but it's not the clutch that makes the noise, it's the gear box and pulling in the clutch disconnects it from the engine so it stops going round and no noise, near every Japanese bike I have ever ridden does it to some extent.

Maybe if it's had a service they did not put them back.
