A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
It's a Krauser tail rack. Mounted between two panniers, it's perfect for a large dry pac or large duffel bag. I'll have it mounted on the NCX to a SW-Motech Alurack eventually.
