these electric bikes are to expensive over here just over £20,000 not worth it in my book.
we watch that German guy ..mark travels on you tube. what a palava getting it charged up .
5 minutes fill up with petrol ..4 to 8 hrs to charge up. nah not for me bud.
since 2003 all my bikes were bought new and when they're out of warranty I sold on or part ex for another new.
so I couldn't really change colour etc.
with having a new Forza 750, thought I'll get a used old bike and do mod to it and that's what I did.
might not be to everyone taste but I like it. done a few mods like crash bars rear luggage rack. handle bar riser.
rear hugger even thought they don't do much but looked a bit naked underneath beside it was cheap to buy.
I didn't like the black and grey look and also getting my seat redone...
two more long trips next ,one to Scotland and lake district and I'll be selling my Forza 750.
by that time I'll done 8000 miles.
it starting to get a bit heavy to push around etc.
steering has alway been on the heavy side but once on the move its fine but slow manoeuvring its a bit on the heavy...
vibration? lol you haven't ridden a British. if you have false teefs they wouldn't last long. :D
as for the NC seat it always has been a problem. numb bum will set in regardless if you suffer regularly.
I used to get it even driving a car over a long distance. we just have to suck it up...
though I'd take the boss out for ride over the Yorkshire moors(UK).
weather was fine ward and dry but windy.
about 120 miles round trip. popped into whitby for a drink and sarny.
met an old work mate and a friend.
better than staying at home as it never stopped raining these past few weeks.
well...
we went on a 3 day trip to the lake district(UK) about 3 weeks ago.
the second day went to Hardknott pass only to suffer a puncture,in a middle of nowhere stuck for 4 hrs .
had bike sealer in the tyres but it never worked so that was a waste of 30 UK pound.
mobile phone wouldn't work and no way...
