FZ-09 turbo....

That contraption on the rear rotor isn't on it until the dyno so I'm wondering if it is some kind of dyno safety equipment.

Nice bit of engineering to get a very clean look to it.
 
I don't think it's dyno safety, that's some awfully heavy engineering just for that. I think it's to lock up the rear wheel with very very little pedal effort, being a drift bike and all. Minimize unnecessary force on the chassis during maneuvering and all that. That's my theory anyway. Swing arm was extended too by the time it was on the dyno.
