This is all I needed to install the left hand rear brake. (First in 2012 NCXD and now in 2015 CTXND).
To connect the master cylinder to the ABS module I used a Honda short brake line from 2012 NCXD (brake sub-pipe 43320-MGS-D80), Russell adapter and standard steel braided brake line.
I moved the parking brake to a separate bar. For this I used 4 "dog bone risers which I found on ebay, but it was a long time ago.
This is from my CTXND - the same idea. Highlight in yellow - new connection. Highlight in violet - disconnected oryginal brake line, sealed.
In my NCXD I removed the original brake master cylinder and secured the foot lever with a strong cable tie.
