Love my TomTom GPS, it takes me on adventures on its own.
We set out to do a modified 'GA Gauntlet' to save us some time
That's why the GPS promptly obliged by serving up FS roads in the Suches area.
We got our feet wet at Helton Creek and Hatchet Creek to the Richard B. Russel Pkwy then blasted up to Owltown and going off-road at Mulkey Gap to Duncan Ridge back to Wolfpen Gap and TWoS.

Wow! Looks like a great ride and I regret missing it. Maybe next year and I and some others can make this.

I cant believe I didnt see this thread and missed an NC700 group ride...especially one that hit some off road. I was out riding that day and would have met some fellow NC peeps.

Done. I met two ADV forum members from Peachtree City, for a dual sport ride yesterday.
They made it to Acworth (new Shoney's off of Hwy92) for breakfast at 8:30.
I met with three members in Cumming and rode to Acworth then to Suches.
I hope we get as many riders for a TWoS meet up.

Canceled? It's a week and a half away... Well, I'm likely to ride that day and since I don't have anything planned the next day I'm likely to make it a full day ride. A ride that includes the Skyway > Hwy 28 > etc. It will be close to a 400 mile day. So if there is interest in joining just say so.
