Probably backed up to some kind of dock.
Maybe, that wouldn’t be a practical everyday solution for traveling and camping.

Most likely a hydrophilic lift, that you could just ride onto, tie down, then hit a button to raise it up.
The hydraulic lift is a possibility, but typically they’re seen on a heavy duty chassis like a class A motorhome, perhaps Ford F53 or a diesel pusher. MB Sprinters are not especially heavy duty, with stamped sheet metal box frames. If that van had a receiver hitch, it would probably be limited to 500 pound carrying capacity. By comparison, an NC motorcycle plus a hydraulic lift system would weigh more than that. That would be a lot of weight hanging off the back of a Sprinter 2500.
