Thanks guys I had a great time and apart from the Monday which was a complete wash out (Well it was a Bank holiday ) I had some really good weather and some great rides out to Loch Ness Ullapool Isle of Skye and Loch Carron. Will post some pics later when I have checked which are the best

Judging by your pictures (well apart the misty one), it looks like you had a nice weather, atypical for Scotland.
At the same time Switzerland had miserable cold wet and rainy May.

I had one really wet day when I didn't ride. The misty morning was on my way home and the mist soon lifted and the day was lovely

If I could see myself whilst riding I would certainly be laughing as I would see a 66 year old guy having a great time doing one of the things that he most enjoys in life
I have no need to go around with an inane grin on my face to show that I'm enjoying life.
