Seating the bead!!!

I’ve spooned many tires but they all had tubes. I removed and installed my new tire, Shinko 705 but I can’t get it to set the bead. Any tips? Tried soapy water and wd40. Went at it with my mini compressor and went to the gas station with no luck. Any ideas??

Try using a rope or strap around the center of the tire to help push the beads out.
